A high-speed Fast Patrol Vessel (FPV) built at the Titagarh Yard in North Kolkata as part of TNSL’s partnership with Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) for specialised vessels for the Indian Coast Guard.
The Fast Patrol Vessel was built at the Titagarh Yard in North Kolkata, with Titagarh Naval Systems Limited (TNSL) serving as a key partner in GRSE’s contract for the Indian Coast Guard. Designed for coastal security, the high-speed craft is suited for surveillance patrols, interception of suspect vessels and search-and-rescue operations along India’s coastline.
Featuring a hull form and propulsion system optimised for sustained high-speed operations, the vessel enables rapid response across coastal waters. Built under active quality surveillance and to the standards prescribed by the Indian Coast Guard, the vessel demonstrates TNSL’s capability and infrastructure to support GRSE in the construction of specialised vessels for India’s maritime security agencies.
